New update on sammy**
went to a new family friend vet for a second opinion and X-rays and found out it’s not hip dysplasia! Yay for that, but we did find out that it is a problem in his lower back. Now a very minor surgery is needed but still expensive of course, luckily not as much! He is now temporarily on medication until I can schedule his procedure. Thanks for caring everyone
